PRIVACY POLICY

1. The personal data controller of the website www.goorskie.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is “Domki w Centrum” Grażyna and Bartłomiej Bandoła, partnership, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
2. By using the Website you accept the rules set out in the Privacy Policy.
3. The Website obtains only information voluntarily entered by the User into the contact form, based on the User’s consent.
4. The data are processed in order to answer the questions asked in the form and to provide accommodation services.
5. The user entering the data in the form has the right to:

• • a. access, rectify or erase the data or restrict processing of the data, as well as to transfer the data to another personal data controller;
  • b. refuse further processing of the data, and in the event of prior consent to the processing – to withdraw it, which shall not affect the legal compliance of processing performed on the basis of such consent prior to its withdrawal;
  • c. lodge a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Personal data shall be processed only as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which the data have been provided, within the timeframe related to accounting and tax obligations, resulting in particular from accounting regulations. In case of financial claims, personal data shall be processed until the expiration of such claims in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
7. The Data Controller ensures that the data provided are properly protected, especially against unauthorised disclosure to third parties.
8. Personal data may be disclosed only to the authorised entities on the basis of legal provisions.
9. The Controller reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. All the changes shall be immediately available on the Website.

  • b. Telecommunications Act of 16 July, 2004;
  • c. Act of 18 July, 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
